What is the QR code – How to create and read QR code this is what I am going to explain and give live demo in Hindi
In today’s world we are seeing the below picture almost everywhere, on shopping malls, online shopping websites, on newspapers, on hoardings almost everywhere.
Do you know what it is, this is QR code.
The full form of qr code is quick response code as the name suggests it responses the data stored inside this puzzle 🙂
QR code is a two-dimensional code (2D code, matrix code), this means it contains data not only in one dimension (e.g. horizontally from left to right like the barcodes on the products in e.g. your grocery store) but also in a second dimension (vertical and horizontal).
The data is stored inside this square box in the form of squares which can be retrieved easily by qr scanner or qr reader i.e. the mobile app which you install to read or scan the qr codes.
With the help of qr code the marketing concept has totally changed today.
This was first time used in japan. The main advantage of qr codes is that it can be read easily by mobile cameras and is much quicker to scan.
They provide speed, labour savings and cost savings, among other benefits including identification of elements like URLs, products, contact information etc.
QR code can carry up to hundred times the amount of information than the bar code scanner does. QR code is capable of being read in 360 degrees from any direction and thus eliminating any interference, negative effects from backgrounds.
