Top 11 Government Mobile Apps we are going to see today.

We all know our government is working hard to make our lives easy by making many schemes related to digital India. In the same process GOI is making every service and every feature available as Mobile App along with its website.

Today I am going to tell you about 11 government mobile apps which are very useful and everybody should be aware about it.

• UMANG App : As discussed in my last blog I have told key features of this app. Basically this mobile app is a single platform for many features introduced by government of India.

• mPassport Seva : Using this mobile app you can easily check the charges required to build a new passport or reissue or renew a passport. You can also check the passport seva kendra locations as well as your application status.

• TRAI :  This app I would say is best mobile app to check your internet speed. I have tested many websites and apps, however this mobile app is very fast and one important thing is that you can report the speed which you are getting to TRAI as well.

• BHIM : No need of introduction we all know this mobile app is used to do money transactions directly from your link bank account. You create a virtual id using which you can send or receive money. Even you can use QR code service of this app to transfer money from one bank account to another.

• NTES (National Train Enquiry System) –  This app is killer app and is very useful when you are traveling by train and looking for live status of running trains.

• GST Rate Finder :  As name suggests this mobile app is very handy to find the GST rates applicable on any product.

• Aaykar Setu :  Recently released mobile app for Income tax, You can do almost each and everything from this mobile app, like filing of income tax, check PAN\TAN status and many more. However one thing I like is that you can check TRP(Tax Return Preparer) available nearest to you.

• mAadhaar : You don’t have to carry aadhaar with you, if you have this mobile app. You can easily use this mobile app loaded with your aadhar card. Even from this mobile app you can directly Lock\Unlock your Biometrics.

• PostInfo : Comple package of India Post. You can easily track your couriers, Check the rates of sending a courier nationally or internationally, you can search nearest post office not only this you can easily calculate the interests of different schemes provided by India Post.

• Digilocker :  One of my best app you can easily get rid of all physical documents like Driving License, RC of vehicles, CBSE 10th and 12 marksheets and many more things.

• mParivahan : Easily add your Driving License and RC of your vehicles in this app, Generate QR code of these documents. Also you can verify DL and RC of other people easily for verification.
